Service activities on Tablet / PC / Mac

A service report is created for each service activity. This documents the team's service activities. Logging the service activities and the results provides the data for the service reports.

Service activities are usually created by technicians in the app "pobvol Service Phone" on smartphones. Alternatively, the data can also be recorded in the app "pobvol Service Board" on tablets, PCs and Macs.

Note: If the app "pobvol Service Phone" is started in Power Apps Mobile, QR codes and NFC tags can be scanned and the data can be recorded online or offline! If the app is started in the browser or in Teams, this does not work due to restrictions!

Note: If the app "pobvol Service Board" is used, QR codes and NFC tags CANNOT be scanned and the data can only be recorded online!

Note: Only users who belong to the app user group Technicians can record, modify and delete service activities.
