New service activity from customer inventory

On the home screen of the "pobvol Service Board" app, call up the service customers. The service customer overview with the details is displayed.

Search for and select the customer in the overview. If the customer does not exist, the customer must be added in the app by an app admin. If a database with the customer data is connected, the correct customer number must be assigned. This activates the transfer of changed data for this customer.

Open inventory. The device overview is displayed. All of the customer's devices are listed.

Search for and select the device in the overview. If the device is not present, the device must be added in the app by an app admin. If a database with the device data is connected, the correct inventory number must be assigned. This activates the transfer of changed data for this device.

 

 

Call up service. The service overview is displayed.

 

 

By clicking on an entry, exactly this entry will be displayed.


Service report preview: If a preview is displayed, then a report exists for the entry, otherwise no report has been created yet.

Service: By clicking on this icon, the app switches to the service activities and lists all service activities for the device. Service activities can then be added, edited and deleted.

Click on the service icon. This will display the service activities dialog. The last service activity is selected and displayed.

 

 

To filter the list, simply enter a search term in the search field. The transactions in which the search term is found will then be displayed. The customer number, customer name,

 

The list is sorted by date in descending order.

 

New service activity: This icon starts the recording of a service activity. The "New service activity" dialog is displayed.

Sorting: Clicking on this icon changes the sorting of the list from ascending to descending and vice versa.

Refresh: Clicking on this icon re-reads the data.

Select 'Add a new service activity'. The dialog 'New Service activity' is shown.

 

Determine the type of service. What type of service was provided?

 

Set checklist.

 

Set service date.

 

Technician: Is pre-assigned. Changes are not possible! Who carried out the service procedure?

 

Further information will be displayed. Changes are not possible here.

 

KEY: is calculated and uniquely identifies a service activity. Service year-service month-customer number-inventory number-service type

Doc Status: is preset to New

TimeStamp: is determined by the system

 

Finally, select 'Save data'. The service activity will be displayed.

 

Note: The recording of the service activity can be continued now or temporarily paused and continued later. Once everything has been recorded, the service report for the service activity will be requested. The creation of the service report then takes about 20-30 seconds.
