Volker Pobloth

Early on, I was interested in the first personal computers of my time and wrote programs for them. I was lucky and was able to turn my hobby into a profession.

After training as a data processing clerk, I gained more than 30 years of experience in software development. The first 8 years as an organizational programmer for online computer-aided sales (CAS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Afterwards 7 years as Senior Consultant CRM on customer projects for the introduction of standardized sales information and support systems. This was followed by 16 years in quality and project management at an international software company.

I would like to use the last years of my professional activity to help service teams. To this end, I have developed an information and support system for service teams using Microsoft 365. I would be happy if I can help your service team with a software solution.
